Day 01:
Arrive Trichy Airport / Railway Station. Check-in Hotel at Trichy.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02:
After Breakfast proceed to half day Trichy Sightseeing covering Rock Fort
Ganapathy Temple, Ayyapan Temple and visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in
Srirangam. After Lunch proceed to Tanjore (55 Kms from Trichy). Visit
Tanjore Big Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and world's largest Nandhi - a
marvelous ancient sculpture. Over night stay at Tanjore.
Day 03:
After breakfast proceed to Kumbakonam and visit Adhi Kumbeswarar temple -
the major one among the saivate temple, Sarangapani temple and other sight
seeing places. After Lunch proceed to Madurai (200 Kms from Kumbakonam).
Overnight stay at Madurai.e.
Day 04:
After breafast proceed to Thiruparankundram and Madurai Nayakar Mahal
Palace. After Lunch proceed to Rameswaram (175 Kms from Madurai) en route
Teppakulam Tank. Check in Hotel at Rameswaram. After refresh, visit
Ramanathaswamy Temple and other sight seeing places. Overnight stay at
Rameswaram.
Day 05:
Attend early morning 4 am "Mani Pooja darshan" and afternoon
check out hotel and proceed to Madurai. Check-in Hotel at Madurai in the
evening. Visit the world famous "Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple.
Overnight stay at Madurai
Day 06:
After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari. (240 Kms from Madurai) Check-in
hotel at Kanyakumari and the whole day is leisure to explore on your own.
Day 07:
Early morning "Sunrise" at Thiruveni Sangamam and after breakfast
leave for sightseeing places viz., Vivekanda Rock, Gandhi Memorial, Kumari
Temple, Suchindiram, & Hanuman Temple and other scenic spots. Overnight
Stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 08:
After breakfast, Check out Hotel and proceed for return journey. Drop at
Trivandrum. Take home loving memories of Best of Temple tour of South
TamilNadu.
